As part of our business activity, we process personal data from employees, customers, suppliers and other interested parties. We do this with full respect for the privacy and rights of the holders of personal data, in order to maintain lasting relationships of total mutual trust.

• How we collect personal data
  1. Data supplied by it's owner
     We collect personal data provided by data subjects within the scope of the execution of the employment contract and employment relationship, recruitment processes and the receipt of spontaneous applications, requests for information through the company's website, contacts resulting from participation in events and business relationship with suppliers, customers and other interested parties.
  2. Data provided by third party entities, that do not own the supplied personal data
     We collect publicly available personal data from specialized magazines, publications, and others obtained at public events, either about customers, suppliers and/or other relevant stakeholders, in the context of contract execution, participation in events, and the maintenance of commercial and business relationships.
• How we treat and use personal data
  The processing of personal data is carried out through automatic and manual processes, with the appropriate technological and organizational measures and controls, required for data preservation and protection. These measures include the management of authentication and access to systems and installations, the management of system usage profiles, the controlled management of the capacity of systems and backups, the controlled access to restricted information whatever the medium, celebration of NDAs with employees and the use of more robust techniques such as data encryption or device encryption, when necessary.
• Why we treat personal data
  We collect, process, use, store and process personal data, complying with the contracts and legal obligations arising from our business activity, within the scope of our legitimate interest to provide better services to customers, as well as to send information through adequate channels, about our products and services.
• How we store and why we transfer personal data
  We keep personal data during contractual relationship with JFS-SISTEMAS DE ILUMINAÇÃO E IMAGEM, LDA, for the mandatory legal period or as long as there is mutual interest in the preservation of the data in question. That data may be transferred, for the same purposes, to entities required by Law or to third parties, aiming at the fulfillment of activities inherent to the employment contract, contract execution and the legitimate interest of our commercial and business activity. Elimination, restriction and opposition to the processing and cessation of automatic processing of personal data for profile management may be requested, as well as data portability, in the case of requests in accordance with current legislation. Consent may be withdrawn, if requested by the data owner. The holders of personal data can complain about the respective processing, to the national supervisory authority: CNPD - Comissão Nacional de PRotecção de Dados.
